Olympia will guide you to a morning and evening Anahata Yoga Practice. Anahata Yoga is a flowing and holistic style of Hatha Yoga that integrates body, mind, and spirit.
All flowing vinyasa asanas are designed to create vitality and strength, increase flexibility and balance while promoting the natural ability of the body to heal and generate energy. The classes integrated pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
