Sail the Greek islands and enjoy a daily yoga practice at spots of exquisite natural beauty.
Swim at the most amazing beaches, inhale the aromas of the Greek isles, soak up the sun and indulge in the traditional cuisine. Meet like minded people and realign yourself with a healthier and happier you.
We created these retreats with passion and love. We love the beauty and simplicity of the Greek Isles. The power of the water element in combination with a daily yoga practice can open up the heart, and revitalise body, mind, and spirit.
Practicing yoga in nature offers a unique sense of freedom and connectedness which is very different to practicing yoga in a studio.
We are not a big company trying to sell retreats and we see each participant as part of the family. We strive to create the best experience possible for you, coming from the heart. The prices are kept low, so as to make this experience accessible to more people who need it.

Seven breakfasts, six light lunches/snacks, and six dinners are included in the package. All our meals are vegetarian and we can cater for a vegan diet too.
Breakfast consists of herbal, locally grown teas from the Greek mountains (Diktamo, mountain tea, mint, chamomile etc), coffee, bread, eggs, local fruits, yogurt, porridge, toast, cheese, jam, honey.
We are aiming to prepare breakfast with organic and locally grown ingredients as much as we can. So ingredients may vary each day according to the isles we will be visiting.
Lunch consists of a light snack (salad, bruschetta, sandwiches etc ). Dinner is served after the evening yoga practice. We will prepare typical Mediterranean cuisine vegetarian dishes.
You will also get the chance to learn how to cook a traditional greek delicacy! How about learning how to cook a veggie Mousaka or fried zucchini balls for your friends back home?
It’s all about discovering how a well balanced nutritious diet can heal your body and soul!
General info about the itinerary
We are meeting on board at Lefkada on the 22/7 by 16:00 pm. You will meet the team and crew, find out about safety on board and schedule for the week.
After you have settled in your cabins you will have some free time for a swim or a walk at the port; dinner will be served at about 19:00
Next morning we will stretch and breathe, and we will prepare our bodies and minds for a wonderful day of sailing, sea, sun and fun ahead. A delicious breakfast will be ready for you on board. We will then sail to a beautiful beach for swimming, walking or just relaxing on the sailing boat.
A light lunch will be served around 12. Each day will have a different schedule. We will sail to a different island or another bay or spend some lovely time wandering around the local villages and markets. Lefkada, Kefalonia, Paxi, Antipaxi, Kastos and Syvota are amazing destinations featuring some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece.
Evening yoga practice and meditation will be just before sunset followed by dinner at about 19:00 pm.
On day 6, we will return to Lefkada, have dinner together and next morning after breakfast it’s sadly time to say goodbye until next summer!
You can attend all yoga sessions or skip a few, as you feel. We would just like you to listen to your body and feel free to choose. You will have the chance to do things as a group or on your own. This is your retreat, so please let us know what you like or dislike.
We explore each island, discover local markets, festivals, live music and we give you ideas for things to do.

The price includes:
7 nights accommodation on the yacht
Sailing around the greek islands and all expenses for the yacht (tolls, skipper, petrol etc)
7 breakfasts, 6 light lunches/snacks, 6 dinners
10 yoga classes (asanas, meditation, pranayama)
Terms & Conditions
To book this event you will need to make a deposit of £290. The payment should then be completed within 30 days and before the 21st of May. For bookings after the 21st of May full payment is required.
Cancellation by the participant
Cancellation from the Participants:
If canceled until the 21st of May 2017, a full refund will be given, minus the deposit.
If cancelled by the 21st of June, 50% refund will be given minus the deposit.
After 21/06/2017 no refund is possible.
Exceptions to this policy can be made in the case of an unforeseeable event, after a discussion with the organiser.
Cancellation by organiser
The organiser reserves the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum number of participants has not been met or because of other unforeseeable events; in that case, a full refund will be given. The refund will be limited to the enrollment fees and the organiser is not liable to any other cost (travels costs or other loss and expenses)
The participant needs to inform the Yoga Instructor of any health issues or pregnancy. If there is any medical objection against taking part to the course, the participant needs to consult with a doctor. The participant is responsible for any health issues/injuries occurring during the workshop. The organiser is not liable for any damage, personal or material, occurred during the course.
The participant is responsible for arranging his personal travel insurance.
